Sumit Kundra, Founder, Wisdom Winds
From being an engineer to sales to a philosophical seeker, from codes to streets to Buddha’s words, for Sumit, life has been a journey and the essence of it is captured in his venture Wisdom Winds, a humble initiative encouraging conscious living through Buddhist philosophy.
A computer software engineer from Sikkim Manipal University, Sumit was drawn towards Buddha’s teachings and later completed his Master’s degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Delhi. In his 16 years of career, Sumit traversed through the myriad fields of engineering to marketing to philosophy.
With Wisdom Winds, Sumit aims to develop a platform through which we can connect with our inner self and help make the world a better place for us and our coming generations.
Nidhi Kundra, Co-founder & Editor-in-Chief, Wisdom Winds
A passionate editor, Nidhi is in love with written words. Being dubbed as the ‘Wikipedia of the publishing world’ by her colleagues, she is especially adept in children’s literature and textbooks.
With more than a decade’s experience in publishing, Nidhi had also been an educationist with some of the leading schools in Delhi.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the University of Delhi, Nidhi is also the Chief Editor of Jiwan Books International Pvt Ltd and Edu Hub Publishing Company.
An avid reader, Nidhi dons many hats – editor, writer, spiritual seeker, and a mother. She believes in ‘Buddhism as a way of life’, that encourages her to live life with courage and passion.
Asha Dey, Senior Editor, Wisdom Winds
A seasoned editor, Asha has over 13 years of experience in content strategy, research and analysis, working across media, public relations and research organisations.
A Masters in English Literature from the University of Delhi, her expertise areas include developing content strategy, business and media communication, research and analysis, and of course, her regular cup of tea – writing and editing.
Asha has worked across both print – newspaper and magazine – and online media, witnessing all the madness of brainstorming sessions, formulating layout plans, storyboarding, editorials, conducting interviews, and 101 other significant minor works.
A voracious bookworm, Asha loves to write, travel, click pictures and taste new cuisine.
